Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your knitwear and place it back into its original Hope Macaulay branded packaging to ensure the delicate fibers are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred tracked courier service to send the package to our Northern Ireland studio.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
