How long will it take to receive my order?
As each Hope Macaulay piece is handcrafted to order by our team of artisans, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production before your item is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Northern Ireland. Delivery times vary by location, but we use express couriers to ensure your handmade luxury arrives safely and quickly.
What materials are used in your knitwear?
We use high-quality, sustainable materials including 100% merino wool, vegan-friendly acrylic yarns, and biodegradable nylon to ensure both comfort and durability.
How should I care for my chunky knit garment?
To maintain the shape and quality of your knitwear, we recommend professional dry cleaning or very gentle hand washing in cold water, followed by drying flat. Never hang your knits as they may stretch.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as a small business, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I request a custom size or color?
